Superwinch X3- what to do with it?

Just got a new in box, never mounted Superwinch X3.

I have a Big Warn on the front of my K5.

I am debating finding a rear bumper and mounting the Superwinch on the back . . . or mounting it on my ATV.

Anyone have recommendations?

If its for a rear mount, do I use a trailer hjitch mount of a bumper mount?

Who is making a bumper that allows mounting of the winch on the back?

I have a classIII hitch, I wonder if the winch could be mounted on the rear bumper and not interfere with the hitch?
