Weekend of April 23-24:

Got Swamp Thing's frame... bolted axles under it, rolled it onto the trailer, and brought it to where we'd be working on it.

I put parts back together on a Dana 44 front, we replaced front springs and shackles and added 4" rear blocks... all parts laying around my place.

Mounted the front 44" Swampers.

Yanked out a 350 from a friend Suburban and they tore it down... aaiting for me to get gaskets and throw it back together.

Meanwhile... I got someone to haul off one of my junked rigs.

And I also worked on tearing apart and putting together my GMC.

Right now I'm going nuts at home alone thinking about howw much other stuff needs to be done this week (all un-related to any photos shown).

Wow I need to get a yard like that so I can have some prodjects. What do you want the final outcome of the swampthing to be? have fun :D

ya what are the plans for swamp thing? and theres a camper for sale down the street from me, if i buy it can i live there? i dont even have that much land with both of my houses put together  your lucky!

Theres room for more campers... or you can use one of the ones there. I have like 15 extra.

Swamp Thing will have a 4door cab and no bed and 44's on an extended 3/4 ton 4x4 frame with a 350/TH350 and 203. Basically, its like a Junkyard Wars contraption using parts that have cost me nothing and are extra. Only holdback is our tools are limited, and people helping assemble it are slow.
