Swapping a 6.2 for a 6.0

I've decided to swap a 6.0 LS into my farm beater CUCV. I've read a lot of builds and even done a few swaps in muscle cars, but I've never replaced a diesel with one. I'll be using the TH400 that's currently in the truck. Other than swapping the flex plate and converter, is there anything else that needs to be done to the trans? Will the shift points be ok with the LS or will it shift too soon?

prob swap the governor for gas or redo it for the shifts you want .
