swapping side windows to sliding windows?

can anybody give me any information on swapping out the side windows on our fiberglass tops. i just scored a hardtop with sliding windows yesterday night and i realized this morning, the top that i originally had on my truck is in much better condition. i figure it would cost less to just swap out the windows on the two tops than wasting time plugging holes, fixing cracks, buying new cab seals and painting the top with sliding windows i got yesterday. any info would be great. thank you.
