Tail light wiring at fuse block???

What does the stock wiring look like for the tail lights from the fuse block? Is it a flat 4 wire group or am I looking at a hack job?

I do know one wire was hacked!!!

EDIT: It looks clean and factory at the other end. It goes down the left side frame rail. 79 Blazer
