Okay, here's what I need. This is really starting to piss me off. I need a diagram on installation and removal of the tailgate. I can't figure out how to get the gate on with the torque rods. They are under too much stress for me to get everything bolted up. Someone with a scanner scan some pages from a repair manual and I'd be forever grateful.

    Thanks,

I'm not sure about this but it might be easier to remove the springs until you get the gate on. I removed my springs last week and it's not too bad without them. No more creaking sound! I'll be taking out the rear window and motor when I get a soft top.

you have to put the rods on after you put the gate on then attach the rods then tighten everything
