Tempting... Do King Ranch seats fit?

Um, i'd beg to differ. I'd bet my 91 is one of the more fit for the road around here.

But a bad experience or a white knuckle event you barely pulled out of, and i trust no one like myself.

I agree, being the one that drives my rig all the time, i know how it will respond during x-y-z. I know my braking distance, and I know how fast she accelerates, so i know when I can pull into traffic. My wife almost refuses to drive it because it is so different from her car.

the fronts you could use your stock seat brackets to make em fit.the rear looks about a foot or 2 too wide.

don't really want to use stock seat backets. they're loose and make annoying sounds :D

I like what 496truck did with his in the tech forum with a newer chevy seat. I'll probably do something along those lines.

Whats with all the really nice Ford seats lately??

:eek1:

I put a 60" bench seat, in the front of my K5.
I'd say there's about a 1/2" clearance between either door and the seat.

Dunno if that helps, but it's my .02

Dragging this one out of moth balls. I just pulled a set of MINT grey vinyl seats from an 06 Superduty. I was amazed at the condition in the salvage yard I just couldn't leave them there. Measured and measured before buying and should work just fine in the K-20. Pretty sure I am going to use the Superduty center seat/console as well.
