I am looking at putting a th400/205 into this burb that will be used for towing. I am wondering what can be done for the speed sensor. I have the stuff to make the speedo all mech., but would rather keep it the way it is.

Thanks in advance guys.

I think Painless Wiring makes an adapter.

looks like just machining the 205 for a speed sensor would be the best /cleanest option.

If I had the correct adapter would the 241 bolt to this th400?

Is there an interchangeability chart somewhere to show what will fit where as fas as different t-cases.

I am a ford guy and GMs trans and tcase stuff confuses me.

Any idea what year the 400/205 combo is?

It looks like possibly if I can come up with a 208 adapter and a 32 spline input for my 241, I can just use the 241. I would actually prefer this for the better low range and more user (wife) friendly shifting.
