im also under the impression that i will need to change the input shaft on the 241 to 32 spline so im not sure the route i'll go jus yet...sounds like a sye n tha near future as well...

GM used a tall and short th400/208 or 241 adapter. They interchange and yes you need a 32 spline input for your 241. The adapter he has for sale is a tall version which uses 2 rubber or urathane mounts and the short adapter uses a single mount.
