rdn2blazer was gracious enough to donate a collet to me so I could take some measurements and make myself a collet adapter for my lathe, heres a pic of the almost finished product.
All I have to do now is trim the back side down a little bit, and put a grub screw in as a key to keep the collet from spinning. All in all, a very satisfying project.
