The Blazer is leaking fuel.

Well, another update.

Finally had time to lay under it today and dick with it. The good news:

The fuel return lines and end caps look to be in good shape and are NOT leaking.

Which brings up the bad news:
Looks like maybe the fuel pump on the front p-side of the engine and the IP are leaking.
The fuel pump and surrounds appear nice and wet and the engine valley starting from the IP and heading back are nice and grungy and wet.

If the hose between the lift pump and the filter leaks even a little, the fan will blow that fuel all over the place.... That being said, my lift pump did develop a leak and I bypassed it and put in an electric pump just to make sure and sure enough it was the pump, and not the hose...

Hrmmmm...that could be a possibility. I bet that fan was running a lot on those long trips I took. Lift pump being the leaky pump in question on the bottom correct?
