Um problems towing with it? Cause of wheelbase? Thats about the dumbest thing ive ever heard
OK try towing 7000lbs with a CJ-5 with a 350 in it and then try saying it's dumb. Wheelbase does make a difference, and so does weight!

alright alright everyone i just wanted everyone to check out the rig...i just got it and got a good deal and was fealing good about the whole thing...now i wish i just wouldnt have shared with anyone...all it has turned is a pissing match with people stabbing at my truck..

I simply made an opinionated statement, with the size, and weight of the Burb and trailer combo, i PERSONALLY, don't think it's going to be all that fun driving it with the Ford setup....
i never said it WOULDN'T do it...
sheesh,,,relax people.
You also said the burb would be better to tow with then the ford becuse of wheelbase, again, they are within inches of each other... A distirbuted setup will have no problem towing his burb safely... How many people tow very heavy amounts with a regular cab longbed????

Your talking about a burb with a wheelbase of 131" and a longbed truck with an average wheelbase of 129" (not exactly sure what the wheelbase ofr the ford is..

Im just sick of people making comments to others that are incorrect, if you dont actaully know then dont post...Or make it clear that you7 arent sure, dont say it as fact. If you were guessing that the ford and a decently shorter wheelbase and wasn"t sure you could be spreading false info and now the guy who posted (and anyone who reads it) thinks its unsafe to tow with a 1 ton, regular cab, long bed truck...
yeah i would love to have a new diesel but seeing as how i own a house live on my own and have a truck build that occupuies all my money...im not complaning cause im have alot to be thankfull for...i just have to work with what i got...anyway my build on this will be in the towing section i already got a thread started..Corey 78K5 said:

hmmm, if you are referring that i said, what i said as fact,,,you need to go back and re-read what i originally posted about his setup,,,,i said it was "MY OPINION" and again, nowhere in there di i ever say "IT WOULDN'T DO THE JOB"
