Those with a softtopper....Can you help?

Ive emailed them and no response as well. I left voicemails, I finally did get a call back both days Ive called. Read the same scenario elsewhere.

evidentally I am attaching the canvas wrong, it needs to wrap around the rear bow :surepal::dunno:

Dude, it's got to be warm when you are doing this. That fabric is really hard to work with when it's cold out. I always start from the front then snap my way to the back. The last snap I pull down on the top bow with one hand then snap the button with my other hand

Yes, the canvas needs to wrap around the bow.

If you’re on the driver’s side, facing the passenger’s side, the canvas should wrap clockwise around the bow and snap into the snaps that face forward. Just make sure you loosen the 2 vertical straps (that connect to the bow) completely first before you try and snap the snaps.

I know I am late to the party, but you shouldn't have that top on in weather below 65 degrees. It will likely crack and ruin the top. They discuss this in the manual.

It also is NOT waterproof. At all! When it rains, the water comes through the seams where the straps are sewn on, and water drips into the cab. I put the seam sealer on but it still comes through because the strap goes through and acts like a wick. I cover mine with a tarp when it's parked at home and rain is imminent.

Finally, if you are clever, you should put the over-cab rubber seal on the metal bar for the topper, and NOT on your truck body. That way when you take your soft top off, you can put the hard top on. If you put the rubber seal on the body of your truck, you have to remove and destroy the seal to get your hard top back on. Plus then you have to replace it each time you switch tops.

FWIW, when I called them, they answered right away and were very helpful.
