88trailblazer
1/2 ton status
Well i got the bug for bigger tires finally and i need some help with this.
Here is what i have so far.
'78 K10, mild-350, built th350 with stall, np208, d44 with 4.88's and an OX, GM12-bolt with full Detroit and 4.88's, 4 inch lift and 35x12.50r15s.
Here's a pic of the truck as of 2 weeks ago. If i have to i am willing to cut the fenders but i would prefer not to.
Also i probably only put like 2500 road miles a year on this truck. Mostly just used in South Florida mud and trails.
Here are the choices.
(4) 39.5x13.50r15's Irocs with 85% tread $600-700 (local)
(would require more lift or cutting fenders)
(4) 35x14.00r15's Ground Hawgs with 95% tread $400 (150 miles away)
(would fit with no work but really a 34" tire)
(5) 37x13.50r15's Pitbull Rockers with 95% tread $600 (Local)
(would fit with zero rates but not sure how they perform in the mud)
Thanks,
Alex
