i have 4 11.00-20 military ndts everywhere i look it says to inflate them too 100 psi. is this alot for a 43 in tall tire? these tires are very old and dryrotted. im thinking like 50 psi would be safe. any help?

If they are old and dryrotted then throw them away.

What are they going on? a duece and a half? a blazer? a geo?

Those are rated for a lot more weight than your blazer. You should be fine on 50 lbs. that 100 pounds is for max load on the tires. I'm sure you are only at about a quarter of that weight. Blazers only weigh around 5000 pounds give or take. Figure out what the max tire weight cap is and find the difference between the two and figure out the air pressure according to that. At 50 lbs you shouldn't have any issues though. Even with some dry rot the mil tires are thick heavy bastards.

I'd be surprised if they needed more than 15-20 psi.Being mud only I don't see the need for them to be aired up hard as a rock, and at 50 psi they would be.

NDT's are horrible tires. I ran the NDT's on the deuce at 40 psi or so. You have them tubed?

I had the 11.00 x20's on my M135 which is a 6 tired deuce and a half. The 100 pounds was to get the max load capacity because of just the six tires. The M211's used 10 9.00 x 20s and were inflated less. The ND's do kind of suck. The best thing is the truck is easy to winch sideways with them on. I believe the full cross ribs from sidewall are supposed to aid with that sort of thing.
