Hey guys! I've posted these up in my build thread, and they fit so well and worked so good I decided to release them here already. They are LS engine conversion mounts that are a full H.D. Motor Mount, not just an adapter plate. They were designed to work with my H.D. Replacement Engine Crossmember but they should also bolt to a stock crossmember too - harmonic balancer clearance has NOT been verified with the stock crossmember yet though.
These mounts are slotted for some front-to-back adjustment but the center of the slots were designed where the LS block will bolt to an automatic trans in the stock location. This puts the back of the engine real close to the firewall but on our test truck everything cleared just fine there.
Exhaust manifolds had to have the frame clearanced just a bit and we also clearanced the frame where the EGR block-off plate was installed. Other than that, and the removal of the AC compressor, things fit nicely. These trucks fit around an LS like they were made for it!

The sharpie lines in this pic are where the frame needed to be clearanced on the passenger side:

The sharpie line at the back in this pic shows where we clearanced for the driver's side exhaust:

This is what they look like from underneath (Passenger's Side) mounted to my HD Engine Crossmember:

...and finally, here is what the "set" looks like on it's own:

Pricing is $150 for a set. They will be make-to-order, so figure about a week from order to shipment.

Thanks for checking them out!!

excellent looking parts Darren! i wish you had this crossmember/mounts available when i was at that stage in my build. i still love my TNA crossmember though!

Thanks for the kind words! I know I am late to the game with the LS mounts, but hopefully they are a better design than some of the others out there!

It would be great if a set of mounts could be built to run the factory ac location

I agree with that - BUT, it isn't possible without a complete re-design of both the motor mounts and also the engine crossmember. The AC compressor in it's factory location hits both my HD crossmember and also the factory crossmember. We would have to move the whole crossmember design back in the framerails quite a few inches, drill all new holes, and make the underside of the crossmember hang even lower to clear the oil pan that far back. I wish there was an easier way to do it, but that damn AC compressor just sits in a weird place. It's possible but an awful lot of work and I'm not sure it's worth it, especially since there are a few companies out there already making bracket kits that allow you to bolt on the factory pancake style AC compressors to the LS serpentine belt system. In my opinion that seems like the way to go - all your ac lines should bolt right up too!

Thanks man!
