Just been thinking, should I take the swaybar off for the thump?
yes. I have a disconnect that will be disconnected, but I got it proved to me last time we were out the difference it makes.
i thought i read this before. hmm! id say chunk it , took mine off i thought it was a much better ride and did not get as much sway as i thought i would.
Yeah...without the swaybar youll be quite a bit more capable. Im running BDS lift springs up front and I dont really like driving down the road with the swaybar disconnected....the extra sway is very noticeable. Thats why I have the ord disconnects so I can just disconnect them at the trail. Sometimes I forget, but am reminded quickly when I get a tire off the ground. Anyways...youll be more capable without it.
Steve, if you're not sure, lets take it off when you get there. You won't drive fast enough to start swaying there at URE. That way, you're driving on the road with what you know.
lose the swaybar Steve!!!!!
I've got a QD sway bar......................I've forgotten to disconnect it every time........
Hmmm, I might try it today to see if I mind the road manners
I have been without a sway for years you will like it
If you take it off, don't forget to put the bolts back in there. There's some braces that are tied into that mount.
I don't have them in mine, but my truck is a piece of **** anyways, so I don't care.
