When either is being used, the air comes out of defrost vents, dash vents and floor vent. What's wrong and how do I fix it? It's happening on my 89 blazer.
The flaps are operated by vaccuum. In the engine bay look at the vaccuum lines coming off the intake going to a ball on the firewall (Pass side). Inspect this line (any any others in the vacinity) for cracks- or just replace and see if that does it. Holla back.
