Truck is leaning

Will a locker in the rear have any noticeable signs of lean?

My '70 has a lean with ORD fronts, my buddy's '90 leans the opposite way with his.....
While I don't care for it, I will not trade back to crappy ride to sit level !!!!!!!
I have had the thought of breaking the packs down, playing mix and match with the individual leaves... just to see what happens after putting a few miles on them...

But I need to call a cool place in Carbondale for more U bolts before I experiment....

You're close enough to the mothership that if you want to mess with it we could look at swapping a couple leaves for thicker material to bring the rate up a bit and help level it. Ideally we'd get wheel weights to know just what's going on with it though.

That's something to keep in mind here, as a general number to use our springs are around 300#/in for the fronts and have a huge range in the rear but think about 225#/in for an example. This means dropping 225 pounds on a rear spring will drop it an inch. This is a lot of camping gear or maybe even a small block engine but if it's not centered it's going to get a little whacky. And if you load it against the tailgate it's going to get whackier.
