Anyone have some suggestions for better looking nerf bars to get in the truck? Or just remove them altogether?

these hang low and I don't really like the look of them.

Another vote for the Diy4x sliders. I’ve got a set on my Blazer, I requested they be made level with fill plates so I can use them as a step or place to stand. I also requested a custom length to fit my cut wheel openings (mine are shorter than standard). There’s fit perfectly, all I had to do was drill the holes.

Here’s a couple of quick pics, if you need something specific let me know.

DIY looks good but mucho $$.
I wonder what the ones in the picture I posted are, just so I can compare price.

N-Fab maybe? The biggest difference will be material, the Diy4x are 1.75”x.120 DOM so there are meant to withstand dragging the body on stuff. Most nerf bars are decorative so they are thin wall materials (like the old school light bars that people called “roll bars”).

Ahh, makes sense. Maybe I'll save some $$$ and get the diy.
How involved is the drilling to mount them? Easy for me, or a 500 post thread to accomplish? Haha..

lol it’s easy. They bolt to the body gussets on the backside of the rocker panels, 3 bolts per end. The bolts go all the way through the gusset which is about 4” wide so you have to take your time and make sure the holes on each side line up for long bolts.
