If the injectors are being commanded to fire when the engine is cranking (that means the injector lead is getting ground by the ECM, not that they have power) and you still aren't getting power, then you might have a bad fuel pump.
Fuel pump switch and relay will both turn the fuel pump on, so if there is no fuel coming out and the pump is indeed working, then something is up with the hose to the sending unit from the pump, or something up with the lines/filter, or junk in the bottom of the tank plugging up the fuel pump "sock".
