Looking for ideas and info. Lift no lift motors radiator location. post em up. pics are best!

4" lift on (still ) little tires. The suspension will be coming down ~2" (the lowest I can have it and still use crossover steering.

The radiator is pretty much in the stock location. Its tilted back and I had to make new lower radiator mounts (since the core support is gone). I used the stock upper radiator mount.

looks good! How did you do the cab area/floor? did you remove the firewall and just remount the steering and gauges? I was thinking of leaving the "cab" remove the front clip and doors and cut the rear fenders off and then cage from there. figured that way if i wana run it in the snow i have a lil protection from the elements. guess i could always slap the doors backon too. i was thinkin of going with no lift and 36 swampers mild 350 i have layin around and the np205 twin stick. not sure which tranny i wana use i have a Th400, Th350, and a sm465. im gona try and do mine as cheap as possible. nothing too fancy. im thinkin of makin the cage out of square tube. would that be cheaper? i know it wouldnt look as cool but im thinkin it would cut down on my expenses a lil bit.

The floor and firewall are stock, just cut to size.

Square tubing is generally cheaper than mechanical tubing (HREW or DOM) but is a poor choice for any kind of cage, IMO.

Check here if you want to see the debate between pipe, HREW and DOM.
