Hey Steve, posted this over in another forum but wanted your opinion since I will probably order the springs for my buddy from you:

"A buddy of mine wanted to get a little lift for his 1990 Surburban. He was initially talking 6 inches and 35's but this rig won't ever see dirt and tows a boat. He liked the look of a Ford SD that a buddy went wild on. I've talked him out of going radical but he does want to go to 33's. I'm recommending 2 inch springs since he runs 32's now with stock suspension no problem. I have TC EZ-Rides on my Blazer and like them. That would be my recommendation but I notice they list up through only 1987 on the Tuff Country site. Anybody do anything similar? Opinions?"

The 88-91 K5's and burbs are kind of forgotten but they're covered.
Check out my "burly 'burb" buildup on our webpage, it may be just what you're looking for. I used a 3" TCI front spring and run 35's on my '88 sub. Basically you treat it just like a '87. The only significant difference is the front shackle bushings are different from '87 to the '88-91's.
