Turn on wipers,dash lights come on

No I ain't kidding I wish I was. I've had the gauge cluster and dash pad off checking for bare wires,etc. Also the volt gauge drops to 10ish. Has anyone had anything like this happen? I've had some shorts before but .............

Check the grounds back there. You can get all kinds of weirdness when something is looking for a ground to complete the circuit.

Plan on cleaning all grounds and hots today. Tracing wires inside and out. Checking starter bundle,swapping coil,checking all connections.
