I am looking for information or a kit on a twin stick conversion for the np=205
Dont know that anyone makes a kit for just the 205. Off Road Design does make a setup for their doubler kit tho. Might work on the 205 alone too, not sure.

I found someone in Tennessee that clams to have all stuff for the twin stick mod. I submitted the same question at a forum @ http://www.tennessee4x4.com/ and got several hits. I haven't gotten around to following it up yet though. Check it out! -Tommy
In 4 wheel and off road they had an article last summer on how to grind the shift rails for twin sticking and they used a dana 300 twin stick with just a few mods on their 205. On mine I ground it but left it as a single stick. Shifting forward I go from neutral to front wheel low then 4 wheel low, coming backwards it goes into rear wheel low then neutral. It works pretty well and still only needs one stick. For this to work single stick you have to have the offset bar that shifts the rails. If you have the version with a straight bar between the two shift rails it will not work.

I ground the shaft to my freinds 205, then made a twin shifter for it. I like two shifters for myself but its nice to know that one will get you to front low. I think thats what most peaple what when they go twin stick. When I finally get my dream drive train together I figure i'll have four shifters, Tranny on the floor, doubler, twin on the 205.
