if you don't have any luck in here get a hold of Chris at Offroad Design. He sent me some u-bolts recently to solve a very similar situation.

I have a set . Just went to a 60 front. They were on my 10 bolt with a zero rate. Still look new. No winters so no rust. Should fit in a flat rate USPS box. Bought them at ORD. About a year old. $ 35 shipped.
