I want to start changing the springs on my truggy ,,but I'm not sure which way to go..

Right now I have an 8" kit on it ( all spring no blocks ) stock mounting locations w/ zero rates in front.
It is stiff as sh!t ( worked OK as a mud bogger ) I don't think I need
8" of lift any more. ( no fender concerns )

I want to do the shackle flip in the rear w/ softer springs and 52's up
front w/ Kerts B52 hangers.

I hate to scrounge in junkyards looking for parts,,( I wouldn't even know what year/model truck to ask for )
anyone got part numbers for springs that are commonly used on this type of swap ? And how many inches of lift will I loose ?

Thanks to all that respond...

How much lift, if any at all, do you want to end up with?

Go find a set of 56" springs out of a 3/4 or 1 ton. = 4" out back with diy4x shackle flip
set of stock k5 rear 52" springs = 4" up front with the diy4x b52 setup

Might need use your 1" zero rate in the back to level it out.

What year ???? does it make a difference ??
Does it have to be a 4x4 ??

If you find (or buy new) 56" long springs and run them front and rear (front hanger moved forward, shackle flip in the back) you will end up with ~4" of lift and a very flexy setup.

56's are usually found on 3/4 and 1 ton 70's and 80's K series trucks.

If you want to adjust the ride height you can add or remove leaves.
