Is it reverse threaded? I tried an easy out tool but I cant get the broken part out. Any Ideas?

it is standard SAE normal rotation thread...it is however steel into aluminum, are you working on an empty case?

no, its complete and still on the truck. The fitting looks like copper. It broke off real easy.

The couple that I have removed from T400's have been a steel fitting for a flared hardline....does it still have the factory steel hardlines? The thread should turn counter clockwise to remove.
And if its not steel it could be brass, I don't think copper would have a suitable application here, but someone may have hacked it in there at some point...either the copper or brass should be easy to drill, you could use a grease covered drill bit, to catch the material for removal, just go slow and clean the bit often, if its even accessible by drill???

Yes it still has the factory steel hard lines. You are right it is brass. It just dues not want to tern out. I am starting to think that some one put thread locker on it or something.

Those adapters are definitely brass,I had one snap on my th 350 a little heat from a propane torch loosened it up enough to get it out ,it was a major pita still installed in the truck, I think I ended up using some long needle nose and creative cussing to eventually remove it. good luck!

Ok, After three attempts using heat it finally came out. Heat was the key. I don't think it would have came out with out it.
Thanks guys for all the help and advice.:thumb:
