using truck cabs on k5 frames? can you?

so i crushed the roof in on my k5 and ive been toying with the idea of a truggy. i keep seeing truck cabs from the early 60s on up to 87 on a k5 frame. are the body mounts the same as a blazer as they are on a pickup cab or are they making new mounts? from what i can tell it dont look like they are doing much to put the cab on the k5 frames

86. is it a bolt up swap to put a cab on it or do you gotta make different mounts?

pull blazer tub

bolt cab on front 2 mounts .

level cab .

make cross beam for back 2 mounts .

flatbed it or cut down box and custom mounts to hold it and your done.

^This^ With your 86 frame, you will have to make something for the rear of the cab to mount to. The front mounting is the same as your blazer tub
