I remember waiting a very long time to download this video. (no youtube back then). I remember saying "hey this happened yesterday" (it was Sept 1st, 2002). It was such an inspiring video for me. That's the kind of wheeling I love to do. My Blazer started getting many upgrades because of this video.

BorregoK5 (the author of this video) used to sell some fabricated parts. I still have a replica of his shackle flip working perfectly fine on my Blazer. Who knows whatever happened to him.

I recently found this folder full of old Blazer stuff including this video. Thought I'd upload it and share it with you. It's so easy to do that now. Hope you enjoy this video as much as I do.

Yep.

BorregoK5 was doing well with his "bolt on" shackle flip kit.... Much simpler installation than the ORD solution that everyone uses. Then he took a bunch of payments from people and disappeared from the forums. No refunds, no explanations.

I actually have an "original" and never installed Echobit Flip Kit in my garage. Don't know what the heck I'll ever use it for now, but if I ever find myself with a bunch of spare time I should take a look at putting it back into volume production. Seems like the kind of thing that would still sell pretty well.... Even 13 years later! :)

wow, that brings back memories. I watched that video and thought maybe one day I can have a rig like that. I have an old video from my first days of wheeling taken with an old 1.3mp Sony digital camera that didn't even record sound. Should try to find it too.
