I've had them. A friend told me that they were steak fingers. We are no longer friends.
Yep, I got tricked into them at a Basque restaurant. They suck. Worst of all it was my Grandfather, the PREACHER, who fooled me.
I've never had them, but when I used to "cut" (castrate pigs when I was 12, we'd save em, especially the late cuts, and give them to people who liked to eat them. Meat is meat.
