if the goodwrench block isn't roller lifter, no. You can swap roller cams and/or lifters no problem between two roller engines, but if the engine isn't roller, you can't just drop in roller lifters. Cam has to be roller, and the roller lifter retaining components must be there as well.

It's hit or miss on the '87-later blocks having provisions for roller cam.

Except cars of course. All car blocks '87+ were roller cam.
