Need to go 4:56 in my 84 K30. It's got 3:73's now. Anybody wanna trade?

Aside from trades what's my best cheapest option to do this. I know to buy the part's new I will be dropping some coin.

Watch EBay for the gears. You will need a new carrier for the front too. The rear 14b, you can get thick cut gears or a new carrier. I just passed on a 4.56 carrier and gears the other day. Price was $90

This company sells thick gears for the Dana 60. Only company out there that I am aware of who sells such gears. These were the 5.13s I was looking at, but found a deal with a new carrier so I went that route. You might be able to find some thick gears in a 4.56 variety for your 4.10 and down carrier. I see that you are looking for 4.56 gears for the truck. That truck originally came with 4.56's, and I still have everything that came out of it. If interested I would take $325 + freight for it all. I would package it in multiple boxes to ensure good packaging.

BTW, you could probably source a 14BFF w/ 4.56s for cheaper than it would cost to install gears. Dana 60, not so much.
