[WANTED] 73-87 Chevy P/U Tailgate Hinges

I need the body hinge hardware for a Chevrolet pickup tailgate. Specifically, I need the "male" hinge components that bolt to the body upon which the tailgate mounts and pivots. I would also like the body bolts that mount the hinges.

(I do not need the scissor-action metal "arms" that hold the tailgate in place when it is in the down position.)

This is to be used to swap a pickup tailgate onto a K5 blazer.

What year? They changed just enough over the years from 73-87 that you need the whole package from the same year tailgate to work right.

edit - after your post below, reread and understand what you are saying. The donor tailgate, I'm not sure of the year.

Any year hardware will bolt into your K5, but you need to get all the hardware from approx. the same year pickup for it to work together. They changed how the straps mounted at one point, they changed the size of the pivots another year, they changed from a non-lift off pivot to a lift off pivot at another.

As long as you get a tailgate and hardware all from one source or similar year range your usually safe.
