Ok, I took the back bumper off of my truck a couple of days ago (to slide the bed back for easier fuel system access) and I remembered you asking for bracket pictures. So, grabbed the camera to take some other pictures and took these too. Here ya are... You can see where the flat plate sandwiches the frame between it and the bumper outrigger brace.
