I'm at 300lbs right now and would like to get down to 240lbs by years end. I really don't have any clue as to a realistic breakdown of short term goals for that end result though, I do need to work on that. If this thread seems familiar it is because I had the same beginning weight and goal weight in 2015 but, various goings on contributed to the downfall of my plans. I really must do better this year though, I am starting to see the health effects of my weight, bad diet, and inactivity.So, here goes: 1. blowedupmotor87- 300lbs now, goal is 240lbs by year's end (hopefully sooner!) 2. GWeakland620- 250lbs now, goal is 220-230 by June 3. skunked- 225lbs now, goal is 200lbs by ??? 4. muddysub- TBD 5. rebelgregory (Ryan) - Currently 274 lbs, Lose 30 by June and 40 or more by Dec 2016. 6. Blazinzuk - Current weight (12/29/16) is 304. Goal is 250. 7. Stein - Drinking - Quit 11/1/2015. Eliminate / cut back on caffeine. 1/1/2016 8. Swettysblazer - quitting sodas. 9. Fife - soda consumption, Quitting 12/20/15. Cutting back on alcohol, 1/11/2016. 10. NEK5 (Ben) - Quit drinking 12/1/15, Quitting all fast food, processed foods, and soda on 1/1/16. 11. Big Ray- Starting at 364lb- steadily shedding! 12. warrpath4x4- starting at 300lb goal is 225lb by year's end. 13. Ryoken- 210lbs looking to shed 10-15lbs. 14. Russell- 210lbs, looking to get to 195lbs.
