What are single wall tops worth these days?

So, what are first gen single wall hard tops in decent shape with a crappy lift gate going for these days?

I have seen everything from 100.00 to 1,000.00 which seems crazy.

Its only worth what someone's willing to pay for it. For reference I sold my double wall in decent shape, lift gate worked but needed work for $280. Single wall in similar condition could possible fetch a hundred or two more.
