what happened in my t-case

first time out last weekend and my chevy/dodge 208 something happened to the lo range.it still works and works fine but when in lo range it clunks.got worst and worst throughout the day.hi range is fine but on or off the gas lo range clucks any ideas?

also i have a 6 bolt round 32 spline 465 mated up to it.its clocked flat and the inside of my cab is trimmed around it.my driveshafts are 1410 single cardian.whats my options for replacing it with something similar in size.id like to have a little more gearing but i dont really wanna go back and re do all of my belly pan and stuff.how much larger is an atlas or stack than a 208?

Searched for an 88 down chevy K30 transfer case.

Came back as an 5.7 auto transfer case.

Probably closer to me than you, but I found one.

I have a 208 that does the same thing. Never tried to fix it. 241 with a SYE took care of it.
