I am looking to buy a tire groover and was wondering who makes a good one with a low price tag?
ideal is what i use. you can pick those up for aroud $50. tips usually go for $12-15 and blades about $8-10 for a pack of 12.
found one at http://www.rpmnet.com/
just scroll down on the Product Manufacturer box until you see Ideal.
