    Ok I got my 14 bolt( out of a 1 ton van if that helps) and the guy I got it from said that it was a spider washer or something like that...( I forgot) can you tell me what the heck it is and what are they used for , how hard to replace it...And any other help would be much thankful for...Thanks..Mike

    There are perforated washers that go between the back of the spider gear and the carrier case...you mean those? They are simple to replace, but you have to dis-assemble the carrier to get to them.
