I found this t-case adapter with a round bolt pattern with 4 bolt holes on one side and 6 on the other side. The cast in part number is #15597796. The 9's could perhaps be 8's but Im not 100% sure, but My bet is 9's. There is also no where for a shifter to mount.
Some how I knew You would have an answer.
