I have Dana 60 with 5.13's, Yukon 35 spine inner and outer axles new kingpens, OX U-Joints, ARB and ORD cross over steering, spindle seal kit wheel bearings and single wheel bearing hub's and rotors, all new parts and the same for the 14FF ARB and 5.13 with TSM rear calipers with parking brake's S/S brake lines.

ummmm... no option for 3/4 ton?? probably get a ton of votes that way... maybe even more than the 1/2 ton stuff.
 
Not completed yet, and not under truck, but..

D60- Yukon moly 35 spline inners & stubs, warn prem. 35 spl. hubs, Longfield 300m joints, 1410 yoke, detroit locker, 4.88 yukon gears ORD cross over - hi -steer, PSC ram & rockcrusher diff cover.

14 - stock shafts, 1410 yoke, detroit locker, 4.88 yukon gears, rear disc / caddy calipers, rockcrusher cover (back ordered)
 
my setup works great, wish i had a detroit in the front though. Maybee some 5.13 gears for the street too but who cares about the street.
 
60 front:xover, detroit, 35 sp yukon outers and flanges.
14 rear: stock with govbomb and 1410 yoke
4.56 in both
 
I voted option 2.

D60 - ord crosover and 3/4ton brake conversion
14FF - mini spool, disk brake conversion, shaved and 1350 ubolt yoke from wfo
4.56's gears
 
14bsf rear and 10b front, both open w/stock shafts and 3.73's. I have ELockers and Superior 4.56's for both, but no time to install 'em (12hr shifts suck) :(
 
83 blazer 9'' lift 38'' super swamper tsl tires dana 60 front with arb 14 boltff rear with detroit as for transmission and t-case sm 465/205

I voted stock 1/2ton front/14bff rear, but I just bought a set of Chromo front axles for my 10 bolt. With 35's I had very minimal problems with breakage on a locked axle, but with 37's I am not doing as well. It is manageable but I got a set of Chromo's for a damn good price so I jumped on them to help solve possible breakage down the road.

Now I am hoping the locker & R&P will hold up well too. :D
