Looking for a nice set of 18x10 wheels for my '69 K5 Blazer. I like the MT Classics, but want something a little different. I don't like the gaudy wheels, but don't want my truck to look like evryone elses either. I have decided on M/T ATZ 325/60-18 tires after talking to a guy that has 60K on a set and he claims are pretty quiet on the street. Anybody know where to find a set that won't break the bank?

LOL. I found these, similar to the Welds at Summit but cheaper.

You have the exact same plans as I do. I have been searching alot to find the right tire and wheel combo to not look too flashy and match the body of a K5. My K5 is an '87, so the lines are a little different than yours.

Anywho, one place I have found that has pics of the ATZ and MTZ and other tires mounted on the 18" wheels is on ebay at an ebay store called Rim-Zone.

They have chrome, polished, and black. Check out the American Racing Chamber wheels. They have the teflon coating for easy clean up.

The only questions I have had about the 18" wheels is the backspacing and offset are way different than a 15" wheel. Not sure how that would look compared to a 15x10 wheel mounted up. Also we do not need the hub centric wheels, but most of the 18x9 or 18x10 wheels come hub centric b/c they are made for '90s and up GM 4x4s.

Too busy IMO

These trucks don't have the sleekest lines ya know

Can have something too overwhelming

They other wheel looks great though

my mom is runnin the atzs oln her f-250...they are a pretty quiet tire...a little louder than an a/t but hers are wide as hell and stick WAY past hte fenders so that naturally makes them louder...

ONe thing though they gum up REAL fast in the mud...:doah: it was funny...her talkin all this crap about her truck bein better tahn mine and she can pull me out no problem...i didnt move adn she almost got stuck:haha: :haha:

Me too the more I look at them. And the price is right. They are about the same in price as the M/T Classics
