whipple supercharger oil

brother bought a 91 chevy 2500 with a 350 and it has a whipple S/C on it.

the guy he bought it from said that he use to put oil in it every 3000k

i cant find any info on the S/C to know what kind of oil it takes, how much yada yada

anybody have any experiance with whipple?

Well, since I got a laugh out of your typo, I figured the least I could do was try to answer your question.

Whipple's web page sucks when it comes to giving the user any help, but I did find an answer here.

Bout halfway down, it says any synthetic 5W50 oil.

It also says to check the oil about every 3 to 4K, change at 100K. No mention of use.
Whipple also says change at 100K.

If your SC is using oil, and you are running the right weight, then odds are you need a new shaft seal.

If you do not see any oil stains around the drive pulley, then it may be leaking into the intake.

You might want to contact Whipple.
