Do you have access to have it painted ? I have a Brown One off a 83 Suburban with A/C.. I believe the door is in good shape ..not dented with lock removed.
I have the metal panel in white - it's somewhat scratched up. If you have a glovebox, these aren't too bad to swap over. I may have a whole glovebox available in a while, but it has piano hinge at the bottom instead of the factory plastic hinge.
i recently painted one white using Rustoleums satin white rattle can. It matches the faded non shiny white interior. unless you really study on it, you cant tell it isnt factory.
