why is the size of this Swamper TSL listed as 13x38x16 ??

    Is it the same thing as 38x13x16? Is this just a swamper tsl (non radial) thing? Also, how well do these tires hold up?

    yea its the same thing only written different. that would look funny if it was a 16" tall x 38" widex 13"rim. ricer style

    Who knows why they list it like that, but that particular tire has a history. It used to be a 37x12.50x15/16/16.5 a long time ago until the 36's came out. Then swamper needed more of a gap between tires, so they changed the stamp, but not the mold. The 38" tire is about an inch taller than a 36x12.5. And that is why. NOw that 37's are the rage, maybe interco should have stayed with the 37" designation?

    mine were actually 37 3/4in tall /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif but i also run a 6.75in wide rim /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif
