wide ass 16.5 dually wheels

These were on the rear of my crew cab when I got it, they have 35x12.50x16.5 tires on them. The tires are dry rotted, but have like new tread. I have no idea who made these, just need to get rid of them. Located in Cantertbury CT. (eastern end of state) 06331. I want $350 for all, or I'll take $200 for the tires and $200 for the wheels.
