will these brakes fit?

im getting a disk brake kit for an old drum brake truck of mine. it has 12" rotors in the kit. will these fit 15" wheels? what size rotors are on a stock blazer?

stock 1/2ton rotors are 11-55/64" diameter
stock 3/4ton rotors are 12-1/2" diameter

Yes, 3/4ton rotors will work with 15" rims
