WOW this guy is so generous

wow your a brave one. i went to a 8 lug because the studs are thicker. i broke so many of the 6 lug tiny studs, but i never broke 5 outta 6
 
Yeah, it was pretty scary. I was driving home from school when all of a sudden my truck started going all over the place and shaking. I pull over and look at my tire, its almost completely off and it barely only held by one lug. It could have flew off if I went on the freeway i was about to go on and could have cause a bad accident.
 
yea i was on the freeway once and a few lug nuts came loose and bored out the holes in my rim. it broke all the rest loose and the holes were so big that they could slip over the lug nuts. only 2 lug nuts were left but it only broke 1 stud. the rim was ruined and it scared the **** out of me
 
I think he is full of chit, Just sent out an email to see if he still has it.

Do you still have this availible? What all is needed to get it on the road? I have never heard of a hickory winch, is it any good?
 
talk about wheels falling off. I had a wheel and 37 tire come off in high school going 70 down the interstate. Drivers side dropped down and started grinding on the rotor. Looked out my drivers side window and my tire/wheel was bouncing along next to me. It keep bouncing higher and higher and then crossed the median. It proceeded to take out vans mirror, an altima's pass door, a mercedes hood/grill and then come back across into my side of traffic where it hit a surburbans windshield and wound up in the grass. Turns out you need to recheck your lugs when you put them on with an impact wrench:doah::doah:. Lesson learned:D. looking back all I can remember is "WELL SH$T! THIS IS GONNA SUCK"

Wow thats crazy, that could have been me as well lol. I was pretty damn lucky that the one lug still held. ;)

Yes the truck is still available! Kinda Sort of...lol Here is the Rub.... I sold it for the asking price of 5k to the 3rd person who actually came out to look at it! He gave me a down payment of 3 k the balance due etc etc... He has told me he has been layed off.... and wants me to relist it! I am instead taking it to the decatur Swap meet this up comming weekend!.... If I dont turn it there I will take it to my farm where it will sit until it rots as I wont take less for it! Its as soild as I described.... I did actually find a place about the size of a nickle just behind the rocker where it has started to rust!.... But it is everything I disccribed in the Ad I placed on C/? I am not selling a paint job I am selling a Blazer well worth the asking price! Due to the turn of events I am going to include the little topper I had custom built for the truck It is a work of art and weighs 27 lbs! I have various parts like tailgate and passenger glass for it! So it is All there for the most part.... What it Needs you ask? An engine and the headers... Bolt it in and GO.... I drove it as is many years! in as is condition!.... As for the Hickory sidewinder winch... I have had the most responce to it asking me to part it out and sell it seperate from the truck! Offerd up to 2500 for it alone.... It dosnt "Coil Over" itself like others tend to do at the most inaproprite of times! It was built specifically for the Blazer I have only Seen two others in my life I am 43 and they were both in Arizona and that was 20+ years ago! .... Those who know what they are and seek them are obviously willing to pay ig $ for them! I just dont wish to seperate it form the truck as the Wiring Harness and radiator coil support are Part of the Wich its all connected in some way or the other!

SO let me know If you are interested in the Blazer As I am sure the gentleman would like to get he's 3k back do to his circumstances And I really dont wish to load and haul it to Decatur to sit for 2 or 3 days @ a Swap meet as I have better things to do! I am planning on loading it and doing the Swap meet thing simply because If I load it I may as well run it by Decautr while on the Way to the farm to see if I can help the guy out... then off to the farm where it will sit and rust out or till he pays the remaining balance and comes to get it!!! Either way I wont be having it here @ my home any longer As I have other projects requiring my Attention...68 H.O. FireBird convertible!!! I have had Ten of these ol Blazers this one I was saving to redu myself as it wouldnt require much attention to get it raod worthy..... I just sold a 72 Jimmy that had 84 k original on the odometer It had by far worse issues under all that pretty paint!.... I sold it for 12500. at the height of the gas prices! While I was in the process of selling the Jimmy I had many looking @ the Blazer.. However I just wasnt interested in selling it @ the time.... Lete me know what you wish to do? funny thing i saw a 90's pickup today the kid says her going to uti and i was looking around at it, thing didnt have a solid axle but it was a super clean mall crawler with "HICK FROM HELL" huge on the back window anyways i talked to him and he said it had a dana 60 rear but it was 6 lug so i was very confused because it really was a dana 60 so i asked him how the fu** he got a 6 lug dana 60 and he said he has the hook up's i just dont understand why the hell you would want a 6 lug dana 60:confused::confused:
 
so you could match your front wheels. other then that, why waste the time.

Yeah, he seriously deserves to see this if he honestly believes that he can get much. But then again, do we want someone like that lurking around the forums?
