I broke the lower passenger side shock mount off my 89 3/4 4x4 suburban and need to replace it. If you have a junk axle you could cut one off as close to the tube as possible it would be appreciated, I'm in Phoenix, local would be great, otherwise don't mind paying reasonable shipping. That is something you can get from diy4x.com pretty cheap. Radiused shock tab $4 near the bottom of the page.

I'd kind of prefer a stock one so that I don't have to mess with the non broken one, also the stock ones angle in towards the center of the truck, I've looked at the strait ones before but they make it hard to line up with the way the top of the factory shock mounts rotate the shock. Hoping to just get a stock one.
It would be very easy to make two straight ones angle slightly. One side would just need to be longer than the other. I'm sure Kert could handle that. Then bolt up the plates with a junk shock in position and weld it on.
Trying to grind off a stock one would be very time consuming for what your doing.
